It all started with a painting contractor named Charles A. Snyder over 80 years ago in the mid 1940's. By the early 1960's,  Charles and his two sons, Bob and Leon joined together to form a construction company, CBL Snyder. 

As time grew, Leon's son Charles joined the work field in 1971 during the summers and after graduating in 1973 he joined full time. In 1986, Leon was looking at retirement, Charles left CBL and started his own company. In 1993 he changed names and Charles D. Snyder Inc was born. The crew is some of the most talented and diversified craftsman in the area. Combined with a state of the art 6,500 square foot woodworking shop, we have the capabilities to give you unlimited uniqueness and superior efficiency while performing any sized project.

Over the past 40 years, we have often built additions, remodeled, and built homes for the children of who we worked for years ago. Along the way, we have had the privilege of completing many spectacular projects, from bathroom remodels and custom kitchens to homes of all shapes and sizes. We also have done light commercial working including a manufacturing shop and a health club.

It is in keeping with this tradition that Charles is excited to introduce the next generation of Charles D Snyder, Inc. Over the past 15 years, his son Jason has demonstrated again and again that he has the vision to take this company to the next level. We now are in the process of transition of Charles D. Snyder Inc to Charles D. Snyder & Son Inc. 

Which brings us to today. Jason D. Snyder is now achieving his life long dream of owning his father's company. He has the keen eye for detail and strong work ethic.  We are now and have been throughout the years, your local building contractors for experience, craftsmanship, quality and  integrity.
